Update
Our service provider Microsoft Azure is experiencing connectivity issues at this time which are causing slowness or time-out errors for SchedulePro customers. We are continuing to work with our provider to obtain a resolution ETA.

For customers who are experiencing connectivity issues, retries are likely to be successful. Most customers should be seeing recovery at this stage.

We have confirmed our service provider Microsoft Azure is experiencing connectivity issues at this time which are causing slowness or time-out errors for SchedulePro customers.
